RETURNS 

At Georgie and Lou customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.  We will gladly issue a refund (minus shipping costs) for all returns that are received within 30 days of your initial order.  Return items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however with kids, dogs and houses to run it could take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Please note that delivery dates can change in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Georgie and Lou (including for example, interruptions of transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, etc).

Return and exchange window for the holiday season. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31.

Items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard 30-day policy. Please note: All existing policies, exceptions, and exclusions apply for the holiday extension.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges within 45 days of your initial order. All exchanged items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. Please note: You will be responsible for additional processing + shipping cost, and we will mail your new item(s) as soon as the exchanged piece(s) are received.

GIFT ORDERS

If you've received your Georgie and Lou order as a gift and you would like to return it, the order is only eligible for store credit. To begin your gift return, reach out to us with the order information at hello@georgieandlou.com.

Please include in your return: Your name, the original order number, and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Store credit will only be issued for items purchased directly from georgieandlou.com. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges for all international orders will be treated the same as domestic orders with the exception that we not not provide free shipping on these orders.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are not eligible for return at this time.
